Agency alignment · Commodity Futures Trading Commission

Continuous markets. Distinct responsibilities.

Follow the CFTC public-comment history from continuous-market readiness through innovation, compute derivatives, information collection and crypto-asset transactions and markets. Each filing remains separately sourced and dated.

Public-record boundary. The original Journal controls the company chronology. Agency hosting confirms public availability of company-authored comments. It does not establish agreement, adoption, endorsement, reliance, implementation or use. The Commission, venues, intermediaries and other authorized actors retain their respective responsibilities.

Published filing history · through October 14, 2026

Trace each independently published response.

The three October records remain distinct from the earlier compute, advisory and 24/7 energy comments. Joint SEC–CFTC requests are labeled separately and retain their actual publication paths.

Independent institutional relevance

Examine evidence across market handoffs.

The recurring public questions concern source provenance, validation and correction, reporting lineage, operational dependencies, delivery evidence, reserves, margin, custody, clearing, settlement, exceptions and accountable actors. Institutions can test whether these distinctions improve reconstruction and review using the same evidence-quality criteria as their existing process.

Continuous technical availability does not establish continuous market readiness. Information exchange does not consolidate legal responsibility or governmental authority. The comments do not demonstrate a deployment, measured savings or a regulatory outcome.
